The brief

Insight Legal approached Drum late 2019 for a company rebrand including new website development, PPC strategy and animation for Insight Legal to improve their customer base.

The solution

Drum worked closely with the client undergoing a full brand review, design and development to launch a brand new website in February. The new website features custom icons and copy to reflect a trustworthy, approachable and professional feel. With a custom October CMS built on a PHP Laravel framework, we have given the client full control over updating content throughout the site through simple CMS training sessions.

Working with the clients main goals of increasing monthly inbound leads and opportunities through organic website traffic, we have optimised all contact form flows throughout the site, worked up a new pricing calculator to give potential clients more bespoke information and integrated the clients existing Zoho API for a Live chat function and for form submissions.

Drum continue to work with the client to support, analyse and improve Insight Legal's goals through various marketing solutions.

Explainer Video

Our latest animation was created to complement the new website we designed and developed for Insight Legal; this to aid with effective communication of the services provided as soon as the user lands on the site.

We developed a script ensuring the tone of voice represented the personality of Insight Legal and the key take away points required to ensure there was a final strong call to action to close the piece. We followed up with storyboards to present our vision as to how the animation would work.

Audio wise, the animation was voiced by a V.O artist, and we used a music bed to complete the piece. However it was absolutely vital this animation worked without audio too - for regular site visitors, but also exhibitions.

This is becoming a requirement for most explainer videos, and can take time to get the balance right. With internal and client reviews we were able to provide a video that worked mute and with audio, where the on screen messaging did not conflict with the voiceover but highlighted key points in the script.
