The brief

Villacrowd were a start-up digital company with a unique business model  looking to carve out their name in the overseas property market.

The solution

We kicked off the project with a workshop to define their core beliefs as a brand and established these to be:

  • Transformation
  • Community
  • Home

We created a bold brandmark based on the archway as a symbol of both transformation and the villa properties, with an accompanying colour palette combining the sunny warmth of holiday and home, with a trustworthy navy and a punchy cyan to give them an edge.

We chose Century Gothic to give an open modern feel while maintaining consistency with their offline materials and created a friendly graphic style to communicate complex messages with ease.

Once the initial brand was done, we created a CMS based website, business collateral and printed flyers for them to use as marketing tools to explain the new concept to their potential customers.
